Take Back Program
Ricoh Australia launched Australia’s first Toner Cartridge Take-back Program in August 2001, aimed at recycling cartridges from fax machines, printers, photocopiers and multifunction machines.
This program recycles these used consumables reclaiming the plastic to make durable objects such as park benches, rulers and waste paper bins.
Copy Print Scan proudly participate in this Ricoh initiative.
In Australia only 20% of used imaging consumables are recycled with the remainder ending up in landfill. Ricoh has reaffirmed its global leadership and commitment to the environment by pioneering this recycling program. As part of
Copy Print Scan’s overall Environment Management System, we encourage all customers to participate in this initiative.
Participation is easy and free of charge. Ricoh provides cartridge collection boxes with a complimentary pickup service to our corporate customers. ALL toner cartridges, bottles and drum kits from ANY kind of fax machine, printer or photocopier can be placed in the collection box.
